Hi guys!,

This is my final installment of my drugstore favorites. In this post I am going to share with you my favorite drugstore lip products! I have so many and there are a few you have seen a lot on this blog, ha! Mainly revlon products, but I am seriously a big fan of their lip products!

So lets begin:

First I thought I would share the ELF Lip Exfoliator I love using this product when my lips feel extra dry, it helps to make them nice and smooth. You can find this product at eyeslipsface.com for $3.
Next up are two of my favorite lip balms
First is the maybelline baby lips in peppermint. I didn't get a tinted one because I bought the product to use as a chapstick. Before I put on my makeup I put some of this on my lips so that my lips have some moisture before I put on any lipstick. $3-4

The other lip balm is EOS in sweet mint. I adore this product. It has a waxy feel but definitely has been a go to product while the weather gets colder. $3-4
I thought I would also include a lip pencil. I picked NYX's in natural. Its pretty standard. Besides this one I think ELF has some nice ones for an affordable price. I happen to really like the lip pencils included in the Disney Villains palettes. $2-4

I'll separate the rest by brand so first up in ELF. I love their glossy gloss in sweet salmon. It is a perfect pinky nude almost peachy lip gloss. Perfect overtop of a nude lip. $3

As I mentioned I am a big Revlon fan, so I picked three lip products for this post. First is my all time favorite nude lipstick. Revlon Lip Butter in Creme Brulee. This is such a perfect nude it has a more brown undertone than an orange one and is super moisturizing because it is a lip butter. This is a product I would definitely repurchase. $6-8

Next is another nude. Also by Revlon it is their colorburst lipstick in soft nude. The undertone on this is slightly more orange than creme brulee. I love to pair the two together. $7-9

The last product from Revlon is of course the just bitten kissable balm stain in crush. You guys are probably sick of hearing about this one, but it truly is an absolute favorite. $7-9

Maybelline has some pretty lipsticks as well. I really love their nude nuances number 865. Its another nude, of course but this one is more on the pink side. Unfortunately the color is limited edition, you can probably find it online, on ebay maybe.

The other maybelline lipstick I picked is 140 fuchsia fever. This is a bright pink color perfect for a bold lip. $6-8

Another lipstick I have mentioned on this blog is Rimmel London's Lasting finish by Kate Moss in 01. This color is the perfect true red color. It is certainly my go to red. $4-6

The last product I want to mention is sort of an honorable mention because I am not sure it counts as drugstore. It is Avon's glazewear liquid lip color in real red. My best friend gave it to me a while back and I love it! It is a rich red almost gloss but definitely more opaque. I had trouble finding it on the avon website I think they may have changed the packaging but I did see it on amazon for around $3. I would check with your local avon rep. or try the website you may have better luck.

Well there you have it my favorite drugstore lip products! It was so much fun going through all my makeup and choosing favorites!

Hope you all have a great day!

Favorite Drugstore Eye Products

Hey everyone,

So I'm continuing my favorite drugstore products with another post, this one focusing on eye products. So let's get started.

Eyebrows:

I have been loving Elf’s eyebrow kit in medium. It comes with a brush, powder and a tinted wax. $3

Eyeshadow Primer:

I love ELF’s primer in sheer. It only costs a dollar and gets the job done.

Eyeliner:

Elf liquid liner in black. This liner is pretty basic and the thin brush makes for easy application. $1

Maybelline eye studio gel liner in blackest black. If I want my liner to be dramatic and long lasting this is the product I use. $6-9

Eyeshadow:

Maybelline color tattoo 24hr.  In Bad to the Bronze. This product creates the perfect base for a bronze eye. I love pairing this with Urban Decay’s naked palettes. $6-7

Revlon colorstay shadow quad, in copper spice. I have had this product for a long time and love it! I’ve hit pan on the highlight color and love the deep brown color, perfect for fall. $6-9

Elf Matte shadow in burnt brown. This shadow was in my mystery bag from elf and I am so glad they included it. The color is beautiful and a great neutral shade. $3

Mascara:

Loreal voluminous million lashes in black. I use this mascara first because it really separates and lengthens the lashes well without clumping. $7-9

Maybelline Falsies in very black. I generally love all of maybellines mascaras they are really good at adding volume. $6-8

Covergirl lash blast volume in black.  I had to mention this mascara because it is a long time favorite. The bristles on this brush help to separate and add volume. $6-8

What are your favorite drugstore products??

Favorite Drugstore Face Products

Hey guys! I’ve been wanting to do a drugstore post for a while now. I love drugstore makeup and most of my collection is filled with it. I quickly realized I had a lot of favorites and too many to limit to 10! So I decided I would include all of my favorites, by categories. First we will start with face products!

Foundation:

Revlon Colorstay whipped foundation. I love this product, it definitely lives up to its name and will last all day. I am in the color 200 sand beige. I prefer the whipped formula because my skin tends to be dry and I feel this is more moisturizing. This product sells for around $13.

ELF Flawless finish foundation. This has been a favorite of mine for a while. The color and coverage are great. I will say its not the best long lasting foundation, but for everyday this is a go to. I am in the shade sand. You can find this at target or eyeslipsface.com for $6.

Concealer:

I don’t use concealer that often, but if I really need to cover something I reach for Hard Candy’s glamoflauge. This is a heavy duty concealer, a little goes a long way. If applied to heavy it can tend to look cakey. I am in the shade light, as far as I know there are only a couple of shade options. You can find this product at Walmart for $6.

Bronzer:

Elf healthy glow bronzing powder in sunkissed.  I love this stuff. It is not too dark and no orangey undertones. A really nice bronze color with a hint of shimmer, for a perfect glow. The best part its only $1.

NYC smooth skin bronzing powder in sunny. This bronzer is great because it is completely matte. Perfect for contouring. Generally retails for $2-3.

Highlight:

Hard Candy blush crush baked blush, honeymoon (127). Even though this is a blush I love using it as a highlight. It reminds me of MAC’s mineralized skin finish powders. Can be found at Walmart for around $6-7.

Sometimes for a matte highlight I will use NYX jumbo eye pencil in milk. I love using this if I am going for a strong highlight and contour. $4-5

Elf shimmering facial whip in lilac petal. This products creates a beautiful glow, but be careful not to use too much product, I made that mistake and looked like Edward from Twilight lol. $1

Blush:

Wet n Wild blush in pearlescent pink. A really beautiful peachy pink color with a little bit of shimmer. $2-3

Well those are all my favorite drugstore face products, stay tuned for my favorite drugstore eye and lip products! :)
