Recently I became aware of elf cosmetics check them out at eyeslipsface.com . I was intrigued by their prices. Everything is really affordable and there are always coupon codes to save even more money.
For a while now I have been wanting some new brushes but I wasn’t ready to spend tons of money on them. So I looked on elf and found an 11 piece set for $30 dollars. I thought it was a great price because brushes can be super expensive. I used a coupon and ended up getting them for $15 plus free shipping!!
The brushes are from their studio line. A single brush from the line is about 5 dollars so I thought 11 for $15 was a bargain!
I have briefly used them but I thought I would give you guys my first impression. I love the packaging I think its really sleek. The bristles are really soft but have not shed during application. (again I used them briefly so I’ll let you know how they do after being washed and all that).
The set includes:
- Sleek, Water-Resistant Case
- Eyeshadow “C” Brush
- Complexion Brush
- Small Angled Brush
- Small Smudge Brush
- Fan Brush
- Powder Brush
- Angled Foundation Brush
- Concealer Brush
- Small Precision Brush
- Blush Brush
- Contouring Brush
So far I have to say my favorites are:
The small angled brush its perfect for eyebrows!
The concealer brush blends really well and gives great coverage
The complexion brush works really well for blending everything
And the powder brush is great for contouring
I haven’t used all of them yet so I will let you know as I use them and what my thoughts are.
So far I have to say I’m impressed with the quality of the brushes being that they were so inexpensive.
